I'm a communications strategist. My work is simple in theory and hard in practice: make sure people know what to do, not just what's happening.
I learned this work from inside business functions — close enough to the strategy to understand what was happening, and close enough to the people to understand where execution was breaking down. That's still how I work. Before I build anything, I understand the change inside out, so complex information translates clearly to the people who need to act on it.
I've done this work across global financial institutions, retail, and B2B SaaS.
I work with senior leaders accountable for change and the teams responsible for making it happen. Communication done well is invisible. People just know what to do.

When organizations shift strategy or restructure, communication is what determines whether people get on board or disengage. I work with leadership teams to build the frameworks that create alignment, build trust, and drive results.
